BY SUBMITTING PAYMENT, THE STUDENT ACKNOWLEDGES HAVING REVIEWED AND UNDERSTOOD THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS REGARDING COURSE ENROLMENT AND HEREBY ACCEPTS FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR COMPLIANCE WITH THESE PROVISIONS.

The tutor reserves the right to reschedule classes at their discretion especially during pandemic situation to safeguard your safety.

In the event of cancellation of courses or classes for a reason outside the control of the tutor, there will be no obligation to provide any reimbursement, however replacement class will be arranged.

Student should inform the centre one week ahead for dates changes, otherwise a charges of RM 100 will be incurred for per day of date changes. Student who no show without pre-inform, a charges of RM 100 will be incurred or the deposit will be forfeited.

If you cannot attend the class for a certain period, but wish to continue on the programme, you should inform the Center immediately by writing to the Centre. If you fail to do so we reserve the right to offer your place to an applicant on our waiting list.

Student shall complete their course within the year of enrolment.

Student could choose to attend class based on the schedule provided by the centre without pre-booking, upon full fares paid.

The copyright in all material provided by the L’idylle studio shall (unless expressly stated or otherwise) remain vested in the studio and may not be reproduced without the studio’s specific written consent. The copyright in, and any work produced, by the student as part of the course, shall remain with the studio and work may be retained at the discretion of the studio for display or promotional activities.

The contents of the course are believed to be correct and to reflect the current state of the knowledge. If tools & products is provided, it would be change to reflect the course syllabus.

Deposit to confirm course and reserve promotion price is strictly non-refundable.

All signed up course is non-refundable / non-transferable. In case of death, death certificate shall be present and an admin charges of RM 300 will be incurred to refund the course fees (tools, products & etc. fees will be deducted if the fees included).

Full payment shall be made on the first day of class, or on the agreed dates. Late payment may subject to a late payment charge of RM 50/month OR promotion discount will be suspended, normal course price will be charged.

Student represents and warrants that she is at least 21 years of age. Or Guardians / Parents shall be present to enroll.
