BY SUBMITTING PAYMENT, THE STUDENT ACKNOWLEDGES HAVING REVIEWED AND UNDERSTOOD THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS REGARDING COURSE ENROLMENT AND HEREBY ACCEPTS FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR COMPLIANCE WITH THESE PROVISIONS.

Student should inform the centre one week ahead for dates changes, otherwise a charges of RM 100 will be incurred for per day of date changes. Student who no show without pre-inform, a charges of RM 100 will be incurred or the deposit will be forfeited.

If you cannot attend the class for a certain period, but wish to continue on the programme, you should inform the Center immediately by writing to the Centre. If you fail to do so we reserve the right to offer your place to an applicant on our waiting list.

Student shall complete their course within the year of enrolment.

Student could choose to attend class based on the schedule provided by the centre without pre-booking, upon full fares paid.

We are pleased to provide flexible schedule to our student, student could book the class at their convenience. To ensure the booking system is fair for everyone, and to prevent misuse, we are introducing the following 2 methods:


Reservation from our weekly schedule-
1. We will share you a list of schedule to you by end of each week so you could choose the dates and attend the class, you could reserve one day in advanced.
2. If you couldn’t attend the class the day itself you just need to inform before 10am on the day. No penalty will be incurred.
3. Highly recommend student to pick dates from our provided schedule.

 

Pre-book your own schedule
1. Strictly for student who confirmed they could only join on a particular dates, they could prebook the dates before Saturday for the next week class. (As schedule will be send out every Sat/Sun to student.)
2. For student who prebook the dates, failed to cancel before Saturday (schedule sent out), a penalty of RM 100/day of cancellation will be incurred.
3. Again do not Pre book if you are unwell or unsure of your schedule.

The copyright in all material provided by the L’idylle studio shall (unless expressly stated or otherwise) remain vested in the studio and may not be reproduced without the studio’s specific written consent. The copyright in, and any work produced, by the student as part of the course, shall remain with the studio and work may be retained at the discretion of the studio for display or promotional activities.

The contents of the course are believed to be correct and to reflect the current state of the knowledge. If tools & products is provided, it would be change to reflect the course syllabus.

Deposit to confirm course and reserve promotion price is strictly non-refundable.

All signed up course is non-refundable / non-transferable. In case of death, death certificate shall be present and an admin charges of RM 300 will be incurred to refund the course fees (tools, products & etc. fees will be deducted if the fees included).

Full payment shall be made on the first day of class, or on the agreed dates. Late payment may subject to a late payment charge of RM 50/month OR promotion discount will be suspended, normal course price will be charged.

Student represents and warrants that she is at least 21 years of age. Or Guardians / Parents shall be present to enroll.
